PROGRAM COUNSELOR
Build Our Learning Community
The Y-Scholars Program (YSP) is a college access program dedicated to building a learning community that practices continuous self-improvement. In doing so, we coach high school students to become successful college graduates and pursue higher ambitions.
We are searching for program counselors who are interested in working with high school teens and contributing their creative ideas. We seek people wanting to make an impact in this community and be a positive role model for Y-Scholars. Program counselors serve as both a mentor and a coach (a "MENCH") for Y-Scholars. They help Y-Scholars grow as students and develop a strong sense of direction for their futures.

You are ready to grow as a youth worker, as a professional, and as a life-long learner. You want to build lasting relationships with our students, your team members, and the lead staff.
